For Users:

   • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2. Service Usage:

   • Users can request reel-making services by submitting a project brief.
   • Users are allowed up to 5 revisions per project.
   • Only low-quality previews will be shared with users until full payment is made.
   • Payment is mandatory to receive the final high-quality version of the reel.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
   • Only UPI payments are accepted.
   • Users must pay the full amount before receiving the final high-quality reel.

4. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds are granted only if the project is canceled before the first preview is shared.
   • There is no refund once the final preview is shared.

5. User Conduct:

   • Users must not engage in abusive language, harassment, or illegal activities.
   • Illegal or vulgar editing requests will not be entertained by the platform.
   • Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Content Ownership:

   • Users retain ownership of the content they provide.
   • The platform may use the reels for promotional purposes only after seeking permission from the user.

7. Dispute Resolution:

   • Disputes between users and freelancers will be resolved through the platform's mediation process.
   • The platform's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
   • Users can contact customer support for assistance with disputes.

For Freelancers (Pros):

1. Account Registration:

   • Freelancers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
   • Freelancers must submit a portfolio for review and approval.

2. Service Delivery:

   • Freelancers must deliver services within the agreed timelines.
   • Freelancers must maintain communication with users throughout the project.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Freelancers are paid once the user confirms the final version of the reel.
   • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
   • Freelancers can set their own pricing but must adhere to a cap set by the platform.
   • The platform does not charge any commission on payments.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Freelancers can cancel a project only with valid reasons and must notify the user and platform.
   • Penalties may apply for cancellations without valid reasons.

5. Freelancer Conduct:

   • Freelancers must maintain professionalism and adhere to platform rules.
   • Freelancers must not engage in abusive language, harassment, or illegal activities.

6. Content Ownership:

   • Freelancers retain ownership of their creative work until payment is made.
   • Upon payment, ownership of the final reel transfers to the user.

7. Confidentiality:

   • Freelancers must maintain the confidentiality of user information and project details.
   • Freelancers must remove all user source data once the project is completed.
   • Freelancers must not share project details with third parties without user consent.

8. Dispute Resolution:

   • Disputes between freelancers and users will be resolved through the platform's mediation process.
   • Freelancers can contact customer support for assistance with disputes.

General Terms:

1. Termination: -We reserve the right to update this terms of use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.

   • The platform reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of terms and conditions.
   • Users and freelancers can terminate their accounts by contacting customer support.

2. Liability Limitations:

   • The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
   • Users and freelancers agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims or damages.

3. Governing Law:

   • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates.
   • Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of the platform's jurisdiction.
